Refund policy

PAYMENTS:

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

We accept online payment via Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece.

SALES TAX:

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, as well as shipping charges, and will be displayed before you confirm your order.

 

DISCOUNTS:

Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using the applicable discount codes. Discounts are only valid on specific items and for set periods of time.



RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS:

RETURN POLICY

You can receive a full refund within 7 days from the shipping date, or a merchandise credit within 14 days from the shipping date.

All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags still attached (if any) and in all original packaging (box and pouch included). Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Prism Lifestyle Co. will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Prism Lifestyle Co. has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

 

ENGRAVED & CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

All items that are engraved & customized are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please email hello@prismlifestyle.co with the details of your return/exchange request, including the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for your return/exchange

  • If you wish to do an exchange, let us know which item you would like to replace it with

Should your item be eligible for return or exchange we will email you with a return authorization code and further instructions. Items returned without a proper return authorization code or with the incorrect declaration will be refused.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for a refund.

 

REPAIRS & RESIZING

We are happy to repair an item purchased on prismlifestyle,co, at no charge to you, within the first year of purchase. Repairs needed after the first year, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and typically start at $30, plus shipping.

Repairs requiring international shipping will be charged for both ways. Most of our rings can be resized. Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on style and typically starts at $30. Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer and resizing inquiries can be emailed to hello@prismlifestyle.co

We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweller.
